Public’s Help Sought in Locating Suspect in Lawrence Homicide

The Massachusetts State Police and our partners at the Essex County District Attorney’s Office, Lawrence Police, and the United States Marshals are seeking FRANKLIN LARAS for the Dec. 24, 2023 homicide of a 29-year-old man in a Lawrence nightclub.
