PHOTO RELEASE: State Police Swear-In Five New Members of Department's Chaplain Corps

Massachusetts State Police Colonel John Mawn Jr. on Tuesday administered the oath of office to five new Department Chaplains: Father Michael Otero-Otero, Reverend Matthew Wissell, Rabbi Richard Perlman, Reverend Bruce Arbour, and Father Steven Booth. Members of the Massachusetts State Police Chaplain Corps provide non-denominational support and counseling to Department members, often working side-by-side with the MSP Employee Assistance Unit.
