Troopers Arrest Three Charged with Gun and Narcotics Offenses

Just after 2:00 am yesterday, Trooper Michael Garceau, assigned to State Police-Shelburne Falls, was patrolling Route 91 in Bernardston when he observed a white Volkswagen Jetta with a loud exhaust and a license plate that was covered in road salt and debris.
