State Police Arrest Two Men for Firearms Violations

As a result of information we received, Massachusetts State Police today conducted a motor vehicle stop in Rockland and arrested two of the vehicle’s occupants on firearms offenses. Troopers recovered a firearm from the suspects. Because of the nature of the suspected offenses, the State Police Special Tactical Operations Team was utilized to make the arrests. The prisoners were taken to the State Police-Norwell Barracks, where they were booked on charges of unlawful firearm possession. The men have been identified as SHAUN WALKER, 41 of Worcester, and KEITH JOHNSON, 37 also of Worcester.

(Please note the arrests occurred while the vehicle was outside of a Home Depot. There is no connection between the arrests and the store.)
