Massachusetts State Police Release – 01112015 – Worcester Woman Charged With 6th OUI Offense
Just after midnight this morning, Trooper Richard Frigon, assigned to the State Police Barracks in Holden, stopped a Toyota Camry on Route 9 in Worcester for speeding, failing to yield, and a marked lanes violation. The operator of the vehicle, 48-year-old LISA B. COOK of Worcester, failed field sobriety tests administered by Trooper Frigon. COOK was agitated and became combative while being arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol. COOK was booked at the State Police Barracks in Milbury and was held on $20,000 bail for operating under the influence of alcohol, 6th offense. COOK was also charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, failing to keep within marked lanes, and failing to yield at an intersection.
