Massachusetts State Police Release – 11102013 – Investigation Leads to Arrest & One Pound of “Molly” Seizure
On Wednesday October 6, 2013 Troopers from the Troop F Logan Airport Detective Unit were joined by Troopers assigned to the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, the HIS Airport Group, and Milford Police detectives to conduct a controlled delivery of approximately one pound of MDMA (Methylenedioxymethamphetamine).
The MDMA, commonly referred to as Molly, was intercepted by authorities at Logan Airport with a delivery address in Milford. The parcel, which originated in China, was delivered to the Milford address by a Trooper posing as a FedEx driver. The recipient identified the owner of the package, who subsequently came to pick up the parcel.
After the owner arrived to take possession of the package, he was taken into custody. He was identified as DAVID SHEEHAN, 23, of Medway. SHEEHAN was transported to the Milford Police Department for booking. SHEEHAN is charged with possession of a Class “C” substance and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
