Massachusetts State Police Media Release – 09282017 – State Police Arrest Two With Cocaine in Sturbridge

Last night at about 9:25 p.m., a motor vehicle stop led to the arrest of two people for trafficking in cocaine on Route 84 eastbound in Sturbridge.

Trooper Stephen Hazelton was on patrol on Route 84 when he observed a 2016 White Infiniti traveling eastbound, and a registry query revealed the vehicle was stolen. He stopped the vehicle and following a subsequent investigation, with assistance from Sturbridge Police Officer Daniel Hemingway and his K-9, located over 62 grams of cocaine

The operator, JONATHAN FELICIANO, 29, of Webster and his passenger, CARLOS SULSONA, 34, of Webster, were both placed under arrest.

FELICIANO was charged with:

  • Trafficking in Cocaine
  • Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Laws
  • Receiving Stolen Motor Vehicle
  • Distribution of Class B
  • Use of Motor Vehicle Without Authority
  • Operating a Motor Vehicle With a Suspended License (Subsequent offense)

SULSONA was charged with:

  • Warrant for Shoplifting
  • Possession of Class B
  • Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Laws

 

FELICIANO and SULSONA were held on $20,040.00 and $5, 040.00 bail respectively.\
