Trooper Seizes Narcotics During Car Stop in Deerfield

Massachusetts State Police Release–03012014–Seizure of Narcotics in Deerfield

On March 1, 2014 at approximately 5:05 p.m., Trooper Noah Pack of the Northampton Barracks was on patrol of Interstate 91 in Deerfield when he stopped a black Ford Fusion for motor vehicle violations.  The operator was identified as RYAN RIVETT, 22, of Bellow Falls, Vt.

As a result of an investigation, 591 bags of heroin and 4 ecstasy pills were located.  The passenger of the motor vehicle, ASHLEY TREVORROW, 26, of Bellow Falls, claimed ownership of the narcotics.

RIVETT was issued a criminal complaint application and released.  TREVORROW was transported to the Northampton Barracks where her bail was denied. She will be arraigned this morning in Greenfield District Court.

TREVORROW was charged with:

 

  1. Possession      with intent to distribute a class A substance;

 

  1. Possession      of a class B substance;

 

  1. Conspiracy      to violate drug law; and

 

  1. Warrant/misdemeanor      for failure to appear in Northampton District Court.

No further information is being released at this time.
