Massachusetts State Police Release—05282013—State Police K-9 Locates Breaking and Entering Suspect in Millbury

On Sunday at approximately 5:30 a.m., the Massachusetts State Police Millbury Barracks received a request for assistance from the Millbury Police Department for a search for a suspect who had broken into a home on Burbank Street. The suspect had allegedly removed an air conditioner from a window and gained access to the residence, where he then stole money from a pocketbook.

Trooper Brian Frechette and K-9 Nanuk responded to the scene and initiated a track along with Trooper Eric French. K-9 Nanuk brought the troopers through thick brush and deep into a wooded area where they located the suspect hiding by a stone wall. The suspect was apprehended and identified as Frank Nault, 33, of Millbury. Members of the Millbury Police Department took custody of Nault and he was transported to Worcester District Court for arraignment today.
